How to Use Mobility Print with an Android device

Important: Make sure your Android is connected to the OBU network.

  1. Install the Mobility Print app from the Google Play Store.
  2. Launch the app.
  3. Tap Android settings.
  4. Tap Mobility Print.
  5. Tap the enable toggle.
  6. Exit out of Settings.
  7. Print your document.
  8. When prompted enter your OBU email address or student ID number and your OBU email password
  9. Change any print options you need
  10. Walk to any student OBU Konica Minolta printer

    Student Accessible Printers are located in:
    • Library Reference Area
    • Library QuickPrint Stations
    • Library Bubble 
    (24Hr Access)
    • Geiger Center Mailroom 
    (24Hr Access)

  11. Scan your ID to log into the printer (or enter your ID number and password on the screen).
  12. Select print release or print all from the printer screen to retrieve your job.
  13. Press Log Out at the top right of the screen to end your session.

If you select the Remember me checkbox, your phone will remember your login details for that printer for one week.

Device requirements

Mobility Print supports Android 4.4+. Supported devices includes Android phones and tablets from Google, Samsung, HTC, Lenovo, LG, Sony, Huawei among others.
